Prestige Appliances reserves the right at any time to modify, alter and or update these terms and conditions and you agree to be bound by such alterations or updates on subsequent visits.

Price, Payment & Orders

Unless otherwise stated, the price for the product shall be the price stipulated in the sellers published price list, current at the time of order, all pricing is inclusive of GST.

Before any order can be processed, payment must be made. After receiving your order, you are welcome to contact Prestige Appliances in the event you may have concerns or queries with the order.

Prestige Appliances aim to provide our customers with the highest level of security and safety for every order. In the event, that once you order has been received and we find that some details or information provided are invalid or incorrect, Prestige Appliances may contact you in order to obtain the correct information. However, if Prestige Appliances are unable to obtain the correct information, we reserve the right to cancel the order at our discretion; if applicable a refund will be provided.

Delivery of products

Prestige Appliances will deliver the product to the address specified by the buyer providing the address is within Australia. The buyer is responsible to ensure their availability to take delivery once a delivery date has been agreed. It is also the buyers responsibility to ensure there is adequate access to the premises where the product is to be delivered.

If a buyer provides consent for order to be left on site without a signature at a nominated address, the buyer is responsible for the order once it is delivered. Prestige Appliances does not accept responsibility for any loss or damage which results from Authority to Leave goods method or any failure or delay in delivery.

If a buyer provides an invalid or incorrect address, Prestige Appliances cannot be held liable for any delays or loss of goods.  The buyer is responsible for any further shipping costs occurred to arrange re delivery.

Return Policy

Product Returns

The buyer is responsible for inspecting the product as soon as reasonably possible after delivery. The buyer must notify Prestige Appliances within 14 days of delivery of any alleged defect, shortage in quantity supplied, damage or faults with the goods. The buyer must allow Prestige Appliances an opportunity to inspect the faulty or damaged goods or provide photographic evidence to support your claim. Failure to comply the buyer will be deemed to have accepted the product.

All Electrical products must be installed by a qualified and licensed trades person. If a faulty electrical item is required to be returned a COC from a qualified and licensed tradesperson must be supplied.

Prestige Appliances reserve the right to have the product tested once the item is returned before supplying a replacement or refund.

Prestige Appliances reserve the right not to provide a refund or return for any product opened or installed.

Change of Mind

Prestige Appliances must be notified within 7 days of successful delivery if any product has been ordered incorrectly or is not required. These products must be returned to Prestige Appliances at the buyers cost within 14 days of delivery.

The product must be returned unopened and in its original packaging. Prestige Appliances reserves the right to reject a return claim for any opened, used or any pars returned in an unsaleable condition.

Freight and delivery costs are nonrefundable and a 20% re stock fee of the purchase price applies to all change of mind or mistaken orders.

Warranty

Any warranty that may apply to a product sold by Prestige Appliances will be determined by the manufacture of that product.  The warranty period offered by major appliance manufactures ranges from 3-12 months. For specific warranty periods and other warranty conditions please refer to the manufactures terms and conditions. The warranty provided by the manufacturer overrides any warranty offered or given by Prestige Appliances. 

Intellectual Property

Al material contained within this website including but not limited to text, product descriptions, logos, product images, icons and artwork are considered intellectual property of Prestige Appliance Repair Centre. All material contained are protected under the Australian and International copyright laws and written consent must be obtained from Prestige Appliances before copying, altering, storing or publishing any material found on this website.
